Mental Health

In this section we will be adding apps and websites that could help with your or your child's mental health and emotional wellbeing.

If it's an emergency or you need urgent help

  • If you or someone else is in danger, call 999 or go to A&E now
  • If you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency, get help from NHS 111 online or call 111

Your mental health is as important as your physical health. You will not be wasting anyone's time.

FearTools is an evidence-based app designed to help you combat anxiety, aiding you on your road to recovery. This application is especially useful for those suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, and Social Anxiety Disorder.
