On Tuesday 14th October 2025, The Mayflower entered one team into the Tendring Primary Girls Football Competition (KS2). Having topped our initial pool, scoring 9 goals without return - we progressed into the championship group. We drew our opening game against Millfields Primary School, before losing an extremely close game with Engaines Primary School.

We are delighted with how well all the girls played in the first event of the season. As always, this event was extremely well run and we can’t wait to attend again next year. A special thank you to all the student helpers from The Colne Community School, who did an amazing job refereeing all the matches.
