The statutory R.S.E. (Relationships and Sex Education) curriculum at Mayflower focuses on age-appropriate learning about families and relationships, health and wellbeing, safety and the changing body, citizenship, economic wellbeing and transition. All of our R.S.E. curriculum is delivered in a sensitive way that progresses as the children get older. It helps to build skills for respectful interactions and enables pupils to recognise boundaries, with specific sex education content delivered to Year 6.
