On Thursday 21st May Mr Whittingham and Mr Keeys took 10 KS1 children to a football festival at Clacton Leisure Centre.
The Mayflower team of young superstars took part in a variety of skill-based practices including dribbling, shooting and passing. Led by the leaders from Clacton high school.
After the children had a go at all of the sessions, we finished the afternoon with some small sided games. This was an opportunity to play matches against other schools, putting what they have learnt into practice. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
