On Thursday 23rd of April, Mayflower school took part in a ‘3 Tees’ cricket festival. The 7 children from years 1 & 2 led by Mr Whittingham and Mr Keeys took part in a variety of activities. Working on batting, fielding and running, as preparation for a competitive event in the future. The weather was brilliant and the sun was shining throughout. The children finished the morning with a few competitive (practice matches) where they showcased their skills and new learning. We would like to thank Richard Hunt for organising the event and Harwich Community Primary for being such great hosts.
