On Friday 17th April, The Mayflower Fisherman’s cup football team played their first game in the quarter finals as they travelled to All Saints. In a straight knock out format, the winning side would progress. The game was end to end, very little separated the two teams.

After a penalty miss for All Saints the game looked to be favouring the away side, however you can never predict a football game and All Saints found a goal with very time remaining to secure their spot in the Semi Final.

A big thank you to All Saints for being such fantastic opponents, and we wish them the very best in the remainder of the competition.
