On Wednesday 11^th February 2026, The Mayflower Team attended the final of the Essex Kurling competition at Basildon Sporting Village.

The team lead by Mr Keeys, supported by Mr Whittingham, played 5 games starting really well winning 1 game followed by 2 draws and 2 defeats.

Overall, we came 7^th out of 13 teams. It was a brilliant experience and the team not only played superbly the behaviour was outstanding.

Player of the match was given to Rhys S.
