On Friday 7th November 2025, The Mayflower took 12 KS2 pupils to Tenpin Colchester to participate in an inclusive bowling event hosted by Panathlon Challenge. Pupils get the opportunity to play multiple games, with points being used to award both individual and team prizes. This event always highlights our school virtue of teamwork / community - with ‘high fives all round’ being given whenever a pupil achieves either a strike or a spare.

A lot of work goes into organising this event! A huge thank you to Miss Oddi (our school SENCO) for all your internal planning, and of course, Panathlon Challenge for booking out Tenpin Colchester and hosting this wonderful event. We look forward to taking part in some of the other events you have planned throughout the year.
