No Outsiders

At Mayflower, we use the No Outsiders programme, developed by Andrew Moffat, to teach all children about equality and diversity. Using picture books and classroom discussions, we aim to foster belonging, challenge stereotypes, and promote respect for differences in race, religion, gender, and family structures. We want to teach the children that everyone is welcome within our community, ensuring no one feels like an 'outsider'.
